01Acceptance of Terms

By configuring locations, managing team seats, subscribing to pricing tiers, or using our automated AI responder mechanisms, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and accept these legal terms of service.

02Account and Usage Credentials

To protect the integrity of the local GMB synchronization indexes, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate workspace data
  • Restrict access credentials
  • Refrain from local index scrapers
  • Report data breach vulnerabilities

03Pricing & Billing Renewal

Services are billed on subscription renewal cycles (Starter, Agency, Enterprise). Auto-renewals take place through tokenized Stripe setups. Upgrade requests take effect immediately, prorating balances accordingly.
